About me

I am a senior clinical psychologist at Melville House Clinic in Palmyra WA where I provide individual psychotherapy to adults who present with a wide range of personal and/or interpersonal difficulties.

I completed my studies in Clinical Psychology at The University of Western Australia in the 1990s, and I’ve worked in both public and private adult mental health settings for 25+ years. I trained in a range of therapeutic modalities (including CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT, and Schema Therapy) before my longstanding interest in psychoanalytic psychotherapy led me to complete a four-year training program with the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of WA (APPWA), and I joined APPWA and the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Association of Australasia (PPAA) as a member in 2023.

I have a strong commitment to my ongoing professional development and a general love of learning. I enjoy working collaboratively, and I tailor therapy to the unique circumstances and needs of each individual.

Please note that I do not undertake medico-legal work and that I am unable to provide a crisis service.
